Special lift for the blind

Here's a picture taken from one of the most 'modern' hospital in our beloved country. How caring is our goverment for those visually impaired... a special lift for those visually impaired, but deep down it reveals a serious and common problem in our goverment which all others can SEE except those important decision makers themselves in our goverment. A lackof common sense.
